Part of our ongoing ‘Diaspora Series’ where Uhuru Afrika focuses on the music and culture of a specific country, region, island or area that was culturally in part, or fully changed by the African slave trade. For this event, we explore the amazing, vibrant, and explosive music and energy of Brazil.

We will be taking a journey through Orisa Songs, Samba, Bossa Nova influenced House Music and much more.

You are encouraged to wear White, Yellow, Green or any combination of the three!
